We operate 7 days a week, weather and demand permitting. Bookings are essential.
Prices:
Dolphin & Seal Encounters:
- Adult to Swim - $160.00 (Age 14+) (Full equipment supplied)
- Child to Swim - $130.00 (Age 13-) (Full equipment supplied)
- Adult to View - $130.00
- Child to View - $100.00
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars, inclusive of G.S.T. and subject to change.
Departures:
Departure time is subject to change depending on weather conditions and demand. Check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure.
General Office Hours are Monday to Friday open 9:00am closed 5:00pm. Our after hours phone line is open between 6:30pm and 8:30pm 7 days.
Whale & Dolphin Watch Tour:
- 8:30 am
- 1:30 pm
Refund Policy:
We are working with wild animals and therefore we do not guarantee that you will see dolphins or whales on the tour. Full refund if we cancel. Half refund if you cancel less than 18 hours before departure. No refund if we don't see Dolphins.
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that our customers notify us of cancellation at least on the day prior to their scheduled tour. We reserve the right to charge 50% if we are not notified of cancellation i.e. no show. This policy firmly applies to group bookings of 8 or more.
Discounts:
We offer a discount of 10% for a family of 4 or more. We may offer group discounts, please Contact Us for more information.
